Finding the Stork club was no accident today.
For a few days now I've had  people telling me i need to check this place out.
From what I was hearing the Stork was one Classy joint, one that My friends knowing my taste for the classy side of life said i could not pass up.

The first time I Tped into the sim I expected to see the club right away but instead i was standing in the middle of shopping plaza.
For me personally this is BIG do not do when it comes to being a club owner.
It makes me immediately think the real focus isn't the Club at all but rather the shopping and the club is just a ploy to get people to come to the sim and spend L.
Hey I get it we all need L but a Nice Sign at the entrance with a LM to the Shopping area is a much classier approach to getting people to your shopping area without making them walk through a maze of stores to get to your club.
I decided to reserve Judgment for the actual club. 

As I entered the Stork club I was rather surprised, the stork club is very well built and just absolutely beautiful.
Upon entering the club you are immediately greeted. 
Now for me Any club that has a greeter and not a greeter script at the front door is very important because that shows that this club really cares about how the people see them, and when you take the time to greet by name all your patrons that makes a huge difference and shows style that 99.8% of clubs in SL do not have.

Immediately i was greeted by the beautiful and friendly Miss Francine Mint who while still doing her job very well if i may add took time to explain to me the history of the stork club and where it's name came from.

The stork Club is very much Geared toward couples and Romantic Connections and that is immediately noticeable by the style of music that is played and if that is not enough proof just take a look at the dance floor at all the happy SL couples, you wont really see Solo dancers on the floor nor is this the kind of place where you want to end up at solo, it will just make you feel lonely for a dance partner.

You wont find a lot of Chatter or Gestures spamming your screen here at the stork and that is a true sign of any good classy club, If your looking for a WOOOO club as I like call them where everyone spams the screen with useless annoying gestures and chatter Just keep moving because you Wont fit in here.

The DJ's at the club Played a very laid back style of Romantic R&B style Music as well as a fine Jazz set that really caught my attention.
If you ask me Jazz is the music of love in SL. 

The stork Club would be a great place to take someone on your first Date, it show's class, style and Elegance But Be warned this is no Jeans and T-shirt Kind of Club so be prepared to put on your best suit and ball gown for a night of slow dancing with your SL partner.

I have to say after spending time at the Stork I would walk through a thousand shopping plazas to back here.
Love is in the Air at the Stork Club in SL and All in All Id say the Stork club is a fine Establishment

Muddy's Music Cafe

you never know where your going to land some times in SL you just spin the wheel and Hope for the best.
Well While sitting around today enjoying my day off work in RL I decided to to a little Sim Hoping and I found tucked away in a little corner of SL a very comfortable little down home place called "Muddy's Music Cafe"

If your in the mood for some upbeat tunes and great light hearted Atmosphere then you truly have to put on your Jeans and t-shirt and head over to Muddy's Music Cafe.

Nothing Fancy here, you wont find crystal chandeliers hanging over head or Tuxedos and Ball gowns but you will find Down Home Friendly people who love to laugh and have a great time.

They refer to themselves as family and you will be warmly welcomed.

Everyone knows that I am a big fan of classical music and Jazz but Being a Teenager that grew up in the 90's i can really connect to the Music that is played at Muddy's as well.
The Dj, DJ Srrmiddy resident was incredibly friendly, fun and All around Generally a great DJ and this attitude seemed to be shared by everyone in the club. 

Side Note" you may want to heed the warrning they have posted in their group:  (Muddy's is a busy 24/7 venue.  The amount of notices sent out by this group reflects that.  Remember that it is possible to turn off the the group notices.)


you know there is something to be said about a club that can maintain a constant crowed and Muddy's does just that.


All in all i give this Group and Club my personal Thumbs up, Great people and great Atmosphere

Anyone who knows me will tell you I am the kind of guy who enjoys the more formal settings and Classier places in Secondlife.
Clubs that show Class and style with their appearance and music really catch my attention.
  That being said there are very few places in SL that actually offer that kind of environment or entertainment.
you will find in SL that every club call's themselves "the best club in Secondlife" but this is hardly true seeing as most of the clubs are what I like to call the Pop up clubs, simply meaning clubs pop up in secondlife every day and are gone just as fast, most of them are fail's.

 There is one club that above all others exceeds all my expectations and never fails to have a nice crowed with mature patrons and a classy helpful staff and that club is " Franks place Jazz".
Right away you should know that this is no Jeans and T-shirt kind of club, Come Dressed to Impress. 
This is a club that truly knows how to make their patrons feel important, and welcome, and above all They don't hold back anything when it comes to class and style.

With Greeters at the Entrance to Greet each member by name instead of Greeter script employeed by most clubs in SL Franks oozes class, Style and Elegance.
A greeter at the entrance shows a clubs dedication to the service and comfort of its patrons.

One of the most impressive attributes of the club that i enjoy above all else is the mature atmosphere you will find at Franks.
If your the WOOOO kind of club goer meaning you like to use lots of gestures and annoying sound effects then you will not fit in at franks at all.
You wont find chat spam or gestures spamming your screen at Franks, only Mature polite conversation and wonderful music.

Franks is the perfect place for couples or singles to go dance and have a great time. You can't go to Franks and not have a good time. 

Franks has multiple Clubs in SL but I want to focus on my very favorite one in the Entertainment chains collection and that Is franks Elite Jazz.
when you land on sim there is always a greeter waiting to welcome you to the Club by name.
then you walk up a beautiful designed walk way which leads to the main ball room where there is always a DJ or live performer.
The main ball room is absolutely the most beautiful place, you can tell the builders were careful with detail. 
Once you enter the main ball room you are then greeted again by another member of the staff and they are there to make sure your stay at franks is nothing but pleasant.

There is so much more to Franks such as game rooms and a pool, and for a 1 time fee of 500L you can become a life time member of the Elite club.
Now say what you want about the fee but I believe that 500L is far to low and in fact the price should be considerably higher but that is why it is the Elite club because here we weed out the men from the boys as they say.

in closing i will say this, Franks is the most classy joint i've ever been to in SL and I am always on the look out for classy places.
Franks keep up the good work you are my very favorite club in SL and as long as i have an Av in world I'll be a faithfully patron to your fine establishment.
